One of the best books I have read in a longggg time! I feel that God must really have written it! It is funny, interesting, full of the love you would expect God to exude, and full of wisdom. Once you pick it up, it's hard to put down. I highly, highly recommend this book!

a great book that makes you think about God in a different wy
I got this for a gift for my friend a few years ago and I ended up reading the whole thing before I gave it to them. A few years later I just had to have my own copy and I don't regret it at all. It's easy to understand, humorous, and powerful.
Love this book. I keep giving it out so I have to keep buying it. My package came with a nice little note from the seller. I don't usually write reviews but this note was personalized and hand written. ) great seller just for that! Came all in one piece which is always a plus.

Someone had given my husband "God's Blogs"imagine...{Gods's Blogs} Insights from his site and I happened to pick it up to leaf through it one day and was intrigued by the format - after I realized my husband hadn't done all the underlining and note-making, but the author had!! I read it through in a couple of reading sessions, laughing and crying the whole time, then went online and bought about a dozen copies to hand out to friends. It is excellent - both as a reminder to the "seasoned" Christ-follower of God's unbelievable love for us, and as a very different approach to show the seeker that God wants a relationship with us all. Lanny Donoho does a superb, inspired job of distilling a lot of Godly truth into an easy-to-read, humorous book.
We bought this for teenaged niece for Christmas. (Not sure she received it in the spirit with which it was given... but so it goes with kids today, right?) Book looked a little rough when it arrived, which was a challenge, but I think it was just the way they'd stored it and/or shipped it. If you have not read this book, you may want to consider doing so. I'd read it a couple of years ago, and it touched my life in a way I didn't think it could. I generally am not one for anything even remotely "new age" when it comes to my belief in God or my worship, but this book helped me look at Him in maybe a slightly different way. It is a great read, and I could easily see Him having inspired the author in a few places with what was said.
